Leftover fruit: Freeze leftover fresh bananas, blueberries, blackberries (you get the idea) for future recipes! If you're like me, you always have bananas (and other fruits) that ripen faster than you can eat them...so throw them in a freezer bag and save them for those banana breads or cupcakes! Banana bread normally calls for ripened bananas anyway!
Easy way of filling a piping bag: Place the piping bag in a cup and fold the ends of the bag around the rim of the cup. Fill the bag with icing....Easy Peasy!
